1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ironvexgear.com.

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or a tracking number has been issued, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy after receiving the package.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the United States only. All transit times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

4. Order Cut-off Time 

  • Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

  • Orders are primarily shipped from our domestic warehouse in China to ensure efficient processing.

  • We use reliable international carriers to ensure your products arrive safely. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Ironvexgear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at support@ironvexgear.com immediately.

7. Delays & Issues

  • While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, factors such as customs clearance, severe weather, or carrier issues may cause delays.

  • Ironvexgear is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including customs processing in the destination country.
